    Yes. We do machine customization based on your needs. Depending upon your requirements, we can provide any tooling that you require.
3. What are your payment options?
    We accept CREDIT CARD (VISA,MC,AMEX), BANK TRANSFER, PRE-PAY, NET 30 Terms on approved credit.
4. Do you manufacture machines that can be used in foreign countries?
    Yes, we have an external transformer available.
5. Can you ship internationally?
    Yes.
6. Do you provide a unit with a computer link?
    Yes, we provide an RS232 interface and we have a software package available.
7. What are your hours of operations?
    Our sales office is open from 7:00AM to 3:30PM Pacific time.
8. Do you provide demo units?
    Yes, contact our customer service group and they will assist you.
