Kenya’s sales/customer service training is from El Camino College in Torrance California. For the past 13 years, Kenya has complimented our sales/administrative staff. She has worked very closely with the formation of our procedures and coordinated the implementation of various new programs. Throughout Kenya’s tenure with Adams Maxwell Winding Systems, she has been very supportive and active as a main advocate for our customers.

Curtis graduated with a Bachelor of Science from USNY in Albany, New York. His experience in sales and marketing has spanned two decades. Curtis has had the distinction of working with some of the magnetic industry's best known names to include: Coast Magnetics, Magnetika, WEM'S and Magnespec. Working very closely with some of the nations top defense and aerospace contractors has highlighted his sales management career.

Lynn attended Western States College of Engineering and received his degree from National Technical School in Los Angeles. After graduation Lynn joined the technical staff at Coast Magnetics. Throughout Lynn's twenty-five year career he has implemented many of Adams - Maxwell Winding Systems' advanced environmental and testing procedures in use today. He has established himself as one of the leading quality sources for MIL-STD-981. Lynn has prepared his staff and documentation to meet the requirements of most major quality standards in the industry.

Henry graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from De Vry Institute of Technology. Upon graduation, Henry accepted a position with Adams - Maxwell Winding Systems in the Accounting Department. Henry is credited with implementing new programs and services to better meet the needs of our customers. He has lead with the implementation of our first customer credit card payment program. His leadership and organizational skills have proven to be very beneficial to Adams - Maxwell Winding Systems.

Arlene holds an AA Degree from Los Angeles City College in Design Art and Business. She has worked with Adams Maxwell Winding Systems for 25 years.

Don has been with Adams - Maxwell Winding Systems for 27 years. He was the Production Manager for over 15 years. Since that time his duties shifted towards employee relations management. This shift precipitated his appointment as the HR Manager. Don has distinguished himself through expert handling of all employee issues and follow up of government and supplier required reporting.

Allen is a graduate of Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science in Design Engineering. After graduation Allen worked with Hughes Aircraft Company as a manager at EDSG. His father, Harris Adams (company founder) persuaded Allen to leave Hughes and pursue a career in the family business as a designer and senior manager. Allen has lead his company to become one of the leading bench top winding machine manufacturers in the industry. Allen is continually working on bringing the best equipment for the best price with the renown satisfaction of the highest quality.

Ben graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering. His background in magnetics design has assisted him with leadership and technical coordination of Adams - Maxwell Winding Systems. Ben has influenced the entire Adams - Maxwell Winding Systems team to be customer service oriented.
