Is there a warranty on your equipment?
Yes. We
have a one year limited warranty on parts and labor.

Do you provide special tooling for our needs?
Yes. We do
machine customization based on your needs. Depending upon your
requirements, we can provide any tooling you require.

What are your payment options?
We accept CREDIT
CARD (VISA, MC, AMEX), BANK TRANSFER, PRE-PAY, NET 30 Terms on
approved credit.

Do you charge sales tax?
We are required
by law to add California Sales tax to orders shipped within the
State. If you are tax exempt, please submit your certificate
with your order.

What are your shipping terms and method?
Our normal
freight terms are F.O.B our dock, Los Angeles, Ca. Our
standard method of shipment is UPS Ground unless instructed
otherwise.

Are spare parts stocked locally and how are repairs handled?
We keep a large
inventory of spare parts that can be immediately shipped to your
facility. All repairs are made at our Los Angeles facility.
We are aware that production down time is very critical to you and
will make all attempts to quickly turn around your equipment.

What are your hours of operation?
Our sales office
is open from 7:00AM to 3:30PM Pacific time.
